Returns & Exchanges

Care and Intention:
At DesertBloom Rituals, each order is prepared with care and attention to detail. As such, we can only accept returns for unused and unopened items.

Eligible Returns:
Returns are accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used oils or serums

  • Tea products once opened

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.

Refunds:
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding any shipping fees.
